Accessibility
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Malik Baby is built for use on a small screen, including when you are tired. We work to make the app usable with different ways of seeing, hearing, moving, and interacting.
Clear contrast and readable text
We use clear colour contrast for text, controls, and status messages. Colour is not the only way we explain a feed type, error, or sync state. Text can grow with browser settings, and the layout supports 200% text zoom.
Screen readers and clear structure
We use semantic page structure, visible labels, and native form controls where they fit. Icon-only controls have accessible names. Status messages are marked so assistive technology can announce them.
Keyboard and touch use
Interactive controls have large tap targets and visible keyboard focus. Dialogs close with Escape, keep keyboard focus inside while open, and return focus to the control that opened them.
Motion, colour, and appearance
We avoid animation unless it helps people understand an action. You can switch to a dark appearance inside Malik Baby.
Checking accessibility
We review accessibility as the app changes, including keyboard use, screen-reader support, contrast, and phone layouts. This page describes the measures in Malik Baby today and does not claim that every part of the service meets a specific accessibility standard.
